Visual & Interactive Design: Bringing Learning to Life
Visual storytelling is at the core of our eLearning modules. We use:
- Custom graphics and avatars to personalise learning experiences
- Animations and interactive elements to boost engagement
- Scenario-based learning to create real-world application opportunities
Our designers work with our educational experts to build the storyboards, usually in PowerPoint. This gives you an opportunity to review the content, and make changes before it shifts into the SCORM modules. Our costings include two rounds of changes at this point in the project.

Development & Integration: Building the Learning Experience
We develop your modules using industry-leading tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, ensuring SCORM compliance and seamless integration with your Learning Management System (LMS). Our development phase includes:
- Converting the storyboard into interactive modules
- Creating interactive content, quizzes, and assessments
- Adding the script.
We then provide you the working module, for final sign off before we:
- Add voiceovers* and closed captions
- Sync the voice to the transitions.
*Voiceovers can be either real human or AI generated

Testing & Review:
Refining for a Seamless Experience
Before launch, we recommend undertaking user testing with the course either within your LMS or web interface to ensure there is no issues with the players.

Deployment & Support:
Launching with Confidence
Once your eLearning modules are ready, we support you in:
- Uploading and integrating them into your LMS
- Training your team on managing and updating content
- Providing ongoing support and updates as needed.
Upon completion we provide all raw files, including any custom graphics and voice files.

On average, a standard course can take between 4 to 8 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. We’ll provide a clear timeline once we understand your needs.

Can we update the content after the course is built?
Yes, we build our courses with flexibility in mind. Updates can be made quickly, and we offer ongoing support to ensure your training stays relevant and up to date. AI-assisted content editing allows for easy voiceover changes without costly re-recordings.
How much does it cost?
There are a variety of factors that impact the final cost of the module. For us to provide an accurate costing it is helpful to indicate how long you expect the course to be, and if you already have content in powerpoint how many slides there are.
